I got the case for the 120GB ipod classic and its fun. It changes the color of my silver ipod to a nice gold color (I got the yellow shades case). I only give it 4-stars because I thought it would actually protect the ipod, not just give it a new color. It is literally paper thin and if I dropped it, that would do absolutely nothing to protect it from breaking. It might have been presumption on my part, but I just thought a “case” was for “protecting”. Oh well, its still a nice product!

You might think that Mac users get all the luck with the iPod and the ability to burn or copy DVD's to see the iPod. But we stop laughing mac'rs Windows users (!) Can now do the same!

There are a few steps to reach ripping and burning a DVD to an iPod to a Windows user, so I will not go into detail on each program that you need, but point you in the right direction.

Disclaimer: It is prohibited to copy and burn DVD'sthat you don’t own to your iPod.

Get a good Ripper

You will need to get a good DVD ripping program to use. Visit Doom9.net and scroll down to the Descrambling / Ripping tools section. You can download and use the DVDFab Decrypter or DVD Decrypter.

Both of these should be fairly self explanatory or check the help files with them.

Convert to AVI

Next, you’ll want to convert your video to the AVI format using a decoding tool. Also on the Doom9.net site, look Decoder for the section. There are used three decoder. I personally like the DVDx 2.2, but you can try them and see what you want.

Convert AVI to MPEG-4

Now is the final step in burning the DVD to iPod for Windows users.

You must visit the site and download the Videora iPod Converter Videora software. To be able to convert your AVI file created from the last step and place it into the MPEG-4 format that your iPod needscorrectly reflect.
